At the next stage, the material goes through the processing process with the use of specialized machines and tools. All of this is under the supervision of qualified specialists.
The wood is verified for possible defects such as knots or resin bubbles. Checking the already milled profiles allows eliminating defective elements before further processing. Finished window parts are glued in specialized presses, watered, and once again cleaned of unevenness resulting from machining and excess glue.

The finished elements are transferred to the paint shop, where the windows are first impregnated with the multi-jet spray method. After drying, an interlayer is applied to protect the wood against water penetration. Once these two layers are applied, it is time for the varnish to be put under pressure. The windows then undergo another quality control, and at this stage, any imperfections are eliminated and the last irregularities are polished. Only then is the final coat of varnish applied.
