In accordance with art.13 of the general regulation about personal data protection of 27th April 2016 ( Dz. Urz. UE L 119 z 04.05.2016) I inform that:

2. The contact with Personal Data Protection administrator - iod@dako.eu
3. The Controller will process your personal data in order to perform the sale, aftersale and marketing actions on the basis of Art. 6 clause 1 of very general regulation about personal data processing dated 27th April 2016
4. The recipients of your personal data will be stored until the agreement validity
5. You may access your data and rectify them and – where permitted by the relevant law – erase them or request that their processing be limited
6. You have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office
7. Your personal data will be stored in automized way including profiling and the consequence will be the reception of selected sale, aftersale and marketing information
8. Giving personal date is voluntary, however, the refusal may result in no sale, aftersale and marketing offers reception
